We reserve the right to close brackets early if filled.
No refunds after registration is closed.
Rosters (page 4) with signed parental release are required prior to first game.

· No locker room facilities will be provided.
· Each team must supply basketballs for warm-up.
· Each team must provide one volunteer per game to handle scorebook or clock.
· MOA refs and non-MOA in training will be provided.
· Concession stand will be available in most facilities.
· Tournament t-shirts and sweatshirts will be available.
· Gate fees for spectators will be $10 for two day pass, $6 for one day pass, 6 and under are free.
· Tournament fees listed on registration form.
